I've always struggled with Guinevere as a character; thank you for helping me to see her with fresh eyes.

So glad that this brought you a different angle! A lot of the stories, folktales, myths that we know about women have been altered from their original states. When philologists and anthropologists (all men) started recording these stories in the 19th century, they did it through a male-centric lens, and the often changed stories to make the male characters the leads when, originally, they were stories about women. And then when you bring in the Christian slant...well...then you get women as the ones who do the bad things. I always try to approach these old legends and myths from their original tellings where possible.
